3D body scan

  • Our state of the art 3D body scanner takes all your bodies statistics including body fat %, lean muscle mass and visceral fat.

    The Styku body scanner can also calculate all your girth measurements like waist, hips, thighs so is a great piece of equipment for seeing changes in your body as you work through the membership.

  • Body scans are available as a stand-alone service, or they can be combined with any other service to complement and support your overall health goals for £30.

    A block purchase of 4 stand alone body scans can be purchased at a discounted rate of £100. Which has to be used within 12 months of booking.

    Full body scans are part of our memberships at Move Strong, and a scan is included in a 90-minute PT first consultation session.

    A body scan is also included free with your PT consultation and again after a minimum of 12 PT sessions.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENT & CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

  • Poor posture can effect us in so many ways, reduced movement, pain, poor exercise form, changes in body shape. Many of us are desk-bound, hunched over a computer for hours and hours, commuting to and from work, and spending our evenings sitting even more in order to relax by either watching TV or reading.

    Other reasons can be:

  • Postural assessment and corrective exercise include the evaluation of your posture in dynamic and static situations.

    The aim is to identify postures that could be contributing to your problem and give you a tailored programme to improve any issues identified. The program will involve in depth analysis, corrective exercises, manual restorative treatment techniques, posture improvement rehab.

    It's estimated that every other person in the UK has some form of back pain, but people can make huge steps to improve their posture, take care of their spine and help themselves look and feel their best.

    You will be given a programme with videos, pictures and instructions, so no more worrying if you are doing your exercises correctly and given a single sheet of basic exercises to follow.
